Kids....
Mid-day today I settled in on my bed with a mountain of laundry to be folded and the biopic "Klimt". Lindsay presented herself from her grandmother's, reported that she was going to get her shoes and coat and go outside to play---fine, fine. I had paused the film but the still image was one of faces in position for imminent smooching.
As Lindsay walked out the door she said, "I know you watching sexy movie, Mommy..."

Where, oh where, do kids get this stuff? When pressed to say what she meant by "sexy" she said "oh, I just don't want to see that kind of stuff!" Alrighty, then. Have it your way, Lindsay. No sexy movies until you're off at college.
And by the way, if you tried to check out the Kris Delmhorst track and had trouble, things should be in working order now.

did you like klimt? I've been wanting to watch it...
Yeah, I totally did---but its really an artsy movie; not at all linear and he was nuts. But the visual aspect I found even more exciting than "Frida". Its most definitely worth watching.
Ooh - better than Frida? I'm IN! Yeah, he was pretty Out There - I'm surprised it's a story that doesn't reach more people.
