These are The Watson Twins, of whom I know virtually nothing (except they sing with Jenny Lewis--who I know nothing about). I love this song for its infectious 60's girl pop styling but more mature content....love those backing vocals and jangly rhythm guitar--nice!
This was among the gems on the Paste Magazine Sampler #44.

Jenny Lewis is the lead singer for Rilo Kiley (a band you would really dig probably), she released her first record a couple of years ago ("Jenny Lewis and the Watson Twins"). The Twins have recently released their own debut recording.
